Jeff Greaves, Esq., President and CEO of Advanced Cosmetic Technologies, has over 20 years’ experience in the natural food coloring and flavor industry. Applying his extensive knowledge of plants and their natural capacity as colorants was a logical step to creating Advanced Cosmetic Technology's permanent hair color and semi-permanent tinting shampoos and conditioners.
